I would...Excellent post on a much discussed topic. I would speculate ever further that what this is is a sort of beginning attempt to establish universal coverage for abortions at any point. I think that HHS is being so firm on this because it has become surprised at the relatively recent shift in public opinion against abortion generally and against Planned Parenthood specifically, and, has decided to play it tough on a matter that has been more or less been taken for granted in the Church for decades now. I think previous to this the administration was hoping that abortion would go in the same direction, a tacit or unspoken approval or to be given a pass with respect to health care, and finding that public opinion is galvanizing against Planned Parenthood and the abortion culture, the decision was made to insist upon this for all regardless of conscience or previous practice.EMarynoreply@blogger.com
